Cody Green is a professional dancer, actor, and choreographer based in Los Angeles. Cody’s journey with dance started at 3 when he started classes in his mom’s dance studio in B.C., Canada. He grew up immersed in the dance world, both in training and observing the ins and outs of how a studio runs. He went on to attend The Juilliard School in New York City and began his professional career.

So, where might you have seen Cody? Cody was the winner of Bravo TV’s reality show series Step It Up & Dance and then began work on Broadway, The West End, and national tours playing lead roles. Cody received unanimous rave reviews, starring as “Sid” in the National Tour of Twyla Tharp’s Come Fly Away. You may have also seen him on Dancing with the Stars or notable award ceremonies including The Oscars, The Tony’s, or The American Music Awards dancing for Taylor Swift. Other television credits include True Blood, How I Met Your Mother, and Parks and Recreation.

On Film, Cody played Nick Hoffman in Center Stage 2, danced in Julie Taymor’s Across the Universe, and David Fincher’s The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Currently Cody has been continuing his mother’s legacy by sharing his dance expertise as a master teacher and is also expanding his artistic repertoire through dance photography. The Dance Process is Cody’s brain child and his vision is for a new way of reaching even further into the world of dance education to elevate dancers to their highest potential.
